Does Money Really Buy Happiness?
This has been the age-old debate of whether money can buy happiness, which remains very intriguing. Some believe that additional money means a more fulfilling life, while others opine that true fulfillment in life comes only from those things that do not relate to material possession, like relationships, experiences, and growing as a human being. Can money really buy happiness? The answer lies somewhere beyond this simply said yes and no.
What About the Comfort Money Brings?
Money, in its very core, brings comfort and security. There is some difference of course between just enough in respect of fulfilling simple needs-food, shelter, healthcare, and education-which would definitely reduce tensions and anxieties. Many studies demonstrated that individuals in financially stable conditions experience less anxiety and feel much more in control more in life. In this sense, money can lead towards happiness because it creates a safety net against all uncertainties of life.
